Daily Routine

 

Pranams! At Shrimath Yoga, we work in lines of Patanjali's aphorism, 'dheerga kaala nirantara abhyasa,' ie long term sustained permament practice. Irrespective of a batch or not, the sessions are practiced by the team members. We are happy to share the practice with fellow seekers as and when they come alone or, in batches.

By 0555               Bathe and be ready for session at the Yoga hall

0600 â€“ 0645        Parayana, Awareness Module(s) & Mantra Meditation

0700 â€“ 0830        Yogasana & Jala Neti

0830                    Breakfast

0915 – 1000        Sharing time with rural school kids

1015                    Tea / Herbal Tea

1030 â€“ 1115         Principles from Veda, Tantra & Yoga

1130 - 1230          Yogasana & Pranayama

1230                     Lunch

1300 â€“ 1330         Wi-Fi / Personal Chores / Walk

1345 - 1445          Rest or Sleep (mandatory)

1500 - 1600          Self Practice I: Yogasana & Pranayama

1600                     Fruits
1615 - 1700          Working at the Farm / House Keeping
1700                     Tea / Herbal Tea / Juice

1715 - 1800          Self Practice II: Awareness Modules & Mantra Meditation

1815 - 1900          Yoga Nidra (Principles & Practice)

1900 – 1930         Dinner

1930 – 2030         Personal time followed by lights off


​A few minor changes in routine would be observed based on the seasons.
