Yoga, Processes & Philosophy

Each program is designed to serve a specific need of yours! Thus each would have a different selection of Yogasana, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Kriya etc., as well as the interactive Yoga Philosophy sessions.

If you are looking for an experience where you will learn more than the basics, and if you aspire to have more than just a superficial knowledge of the spiritual and philosophical background of yoga, this is the place for you. Be prepared to put in the work, to ask questions, to contemplate and integrate the lessons in your downtime, and enjoy the fulfillment you will receive. Stefi Petit, USA

Practice of Karma Yoga

Daily, assistance at Shrimath farm and sharing lessons at rural school, apart participating in periodic house keeping, enables to internalise the lessons and appreciate the holistic approach of the ancient Gurukul system - an opportunity to evolve together!

...found an inner landscape I had rarely known. ... other important insight was the nature of the Gurukul experience. The benefits of the individual attention from a master were incredible. Even in my deepest sadhana training, I had been one of a large group taught by fellow disciples. Our time with the guru was only in satsang. To have long, searching conversations with someone who was focused on my specific needs & issues was remarkably transformative. Harriett Nettles, USA
